1. Vice Chairperson: The vice chairperson shall assist the chairperson to perform his duties and perform the functions of the chairperson in his absence, and any other tasks as requested by the Chairperson

2. Treasurer: The Treasurer shall

1. Deposit the funds of the society in the bank(s) approved by the board
2. Draw the amount from the bank in accordance with the authorizations to him
3. Prepare the balance sheet and budget estimate of the society
4. Maintain all finance related books and statements of the society in accordance with law
5. Make payments on behalf of the society in accordance with the authorizations provided to him
6. Receive all donation, grants, fee etc. and to issue receipts to the payees
7. Take up additional tasks as requested by the Chairperson

3. Executive Member: The executive members shall

1. Be the members of the Board
2. Work to ensure that the society is properly administered and achieves its objectives
3. Take up additional tasks as requested by the Chairperson
